Most clients that I work with may reach out to me to help build a pro forma, discuss design or operations, but very few can be sold on “community”, that is until after they open the doors and only hear crickets. Gone is the time of being the only coworking space in the neighborhood so building community early is very important. How do I build this magical community during the first few months?
Keep in mind that not one of these is the silver bullet, and when going down a certain path make sure that it makes sense for your space, your community and your ideal member.
