So often when people are considering opening a coworking space in a particular city and they want to know if it is "too saturated" where it would be potentially negative for them to open their particular coworking space. The answer I always have is NO, I don’t believe in this scarcity mentality for the coworking industry.
When you go to most city corners you are going to see a Starbucks across from the street from a small boutique coffee house. The down the street in that same city, most likely on the same block you will see a large hotel chain like a Hilton or a Marriott just a few steps from a more boutique one off hotel. My point is that coworking as with many of the great companies that focus on hospitality there are a million opportunities. Some ideas to separate yourself from the other coworking competitors when you go into that great market that may just seem like there are one too many others:
